She serves as team leader and provides invaluable hands-on assistance in your business optimization process.
	Martha A. Nash Caywood, Legal Counsel Martha is an attorney with more than 20 years practical experience in a wide variety of industries, including real estate, manufacturing, waste management, environmental regulations and services, internet marketing and non-profit management. She specializes in strategic development operations, management analysis and strategies, organizational structure, growth planning, reorganization and training.
	Shirley A. Chambliss, OD Practice Director Shirley has more than 25 years experience in operations, quality, organizational development, strategic planning and coaching. She has experience in a wide variety of industries, including biotech, information services, automotive, insurance, consumer products manufacturing and financial services.
	Ann Howard, CPA Ann has more than 20 years of accounting experience in a wide variety of industries, including retail, rental and leasing and ISO certified companies. As a former corporate department manager, her expertise is in accounting system analysis and conversions, budgeting and forecasting, internal and external reporting, cash management and more.

	Karen Storey, Training and Development Director With more than 25 years experience in the corporate and non-profit world, Karen specializes in assisting people and organizations through major changes and transitions.
